Q How much does it cost to subscribe?

A The per issue prices are as follows: $7.99 inc. GST for Issue 1, $14.99 inc. GST for Issue 2 (premium subscribers $16.99) and $26.99 inc. GST (premium subscribers £28.99) for issue 3 onwards, plus $1 P+H per issue. If you would like to subscribe you can do so via our subscribe page.

Q What day is the collection on sale?

A Every Thursday.

Q I can't find copies in the shops – help!

A You can ask your newsagent to place a regular order for you so you can pick up your issues from them. If you need back copies you can ask your newsagent to order them for you or just contact our Customer Services Team. Don't forget, if you take out a subscription, issues will be delivered to your door and you get 5 great subscription gifts! Full details are given on the subscribe page of this site.

Q I can't get through on the phone number given.

A We have several lines dedicated to helping you, but they can be busy at peak times so please keep trying. Alternatively, please email our customer services team on: info@mycollectables.co.nz

Q How can I get back copies?

A You can order back copies via newsagents, our online shop, or if you prefer you can call our Customer Services department to order.

Q How can I get copies if I live outside New Zealand?

A This collection is available in New Zealand, Australia, UK, Eire and France.

Q I can’t see some of the pages on the website. Help!

A It may be a temporary problem, so please click Refresh to reload the page. If you are experiencing problems getting through to the secure order area when trying to place a subscription order, please email us on the customer service website enquiry email address.

Q Can I get the free gifts without subscribing?

A These gifts are exclusive to subscribers, but if you would like to subscribe you can do so via our subscribe page.

Q What methods of payments do you accept?

A You can pay by Direct Debit, Visa, or Mastercard l. You can subscribe online via our subscription page, or call our customer services team on (09) 928 4493 to make arrangements.

Q I have not received all my issues, can you help?

A Our Customer Services Team can sort this out for you. If you email the team, please include your name and subscription reference in the subject line.

Q I have received the wrong issue/s.

A We will replace all your issues with the correct copies. Please post your incorrect copies to othe below address with a note including your name, address, subscriber number and which issues you should have received to: Marvel Movie Figurines, PO BOX 76-255, MANUKAU CITY 2241. Q How do I cancel my subscription?

A You can cancel at any time giving 28 days notice – please write to us at: Marvel Movie Figurines, PO BOX 76-255, MANUKAU CITY 2241. You can also contact our Customer Services Team on (09) 928 4493 or email info@mycollectables.co.nz. We just ask that you use up any remaining credit on your account.

Premium subscription questions

Q How does the premium subscription work?

A A: The premium subscription is an exclusive offer giving you the opportunity to receive additional gifts throughout the collection by paying only $2.00 extra per issue. That means as a premium subscriber you will get all of the benefits of a regular subscription, plus you receive the 5 additional Iron Man Armours. For more details on all of the gifts go to our subscriptions page.

Q If I take out a premium subscription do I still receive the other FREE subscription gifts?

A Yes, as a premium subscriber you will receive 5 free gifts PLUS the Iron Man Armours

Q If I want to cancel my subscription am I entitled to a refund for my premium payments?

A No you will not be refunded

Q If I cancel my subscription am I able to pay the remaining premium payment to receive the additional items?

A No, premium items are only available if your subscription is still running.
